Previously known as 'Canadian Forces Base Picton' until its closure in 1969, Picton Airfield was an active military installation during World War II. Many derelict WWII era buildings can be found on the property, making for an interesting and historic site.
The airfield space provides an ideal setting for safe, spacious, and fast paced auto slalom courses which few auto slalom venues can equal.
Picton Airfield is a legacy venue for CMR2E and is not in use for the 2019 event.
